AN ACT to:

(1)     expressly authorize the Board of Investment Trustees to invest or permit its
investment managers to invest in certain foreign investments subject a certain
percentage limitation;

(2)     increase the percentage limitation applicable to equity investments of the
retirement system fund;

(3)     make technical and stylistic changes; and

(4)     generally revise provisions related to the investment of assets of the
retirement system fund.
