AN ACT to add new Section 123-43.5, Tax Credit for Residential Property Located in
Close Proximity to a County-owned Landfill, to Article II, Real Property Tax
Credit, of Chapter 123, Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide for a tax credit for certain property owners, and generally
relating to provisions of a tax credit.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 123-46.1, Procedure for
establishing homestead credit, of Article II, Real Property Tax Credits, of Chapter
123, Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to change the
procedure that the County Council uses to establish a homestead credit percentage;
to establish the homestead credit percentage for a certain taxable year; and
generally relating to the homestead credit percentage.

[Effective Date December 1, 1992]

AN ACT to add Subsection A(5), heading, 1992 Rural Plan, to Section 169-1, heading,
Adoption; Legal Status, of Chapter 169, heading, Master Plan, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to provide for the adoption of the Rural Plan as part of
the Master Plan; and to further provide that a copy of said Rural Plan, along with
all appendices, is attached to this Act and made a part hereof as though it were fully
stated herein.

[Effective Date March 26, 1993]

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 64-4, License Fees, of Article
II, Licensing, of Chapter 64, Animals, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
eliminate references to license fees which are not charged and generally related to
animal license fees.

payment of the Route 40/Joppa Route 40 Joppa Sewer surcharge for certain
