The Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services may transfer up to
$140,995 $116,883 in special funds from the
inmate welfare fund monies collected by the
Division of Correction, Patuxent Institution,
and Division of Pre-Trial Detention and
Services, by approved budget amendment,
for the purpose of providing operating
budget support for the Inmate Grievance
Office.
