Funds are appropriated in the Department of
Transportation and the Comptroller of the
Treasury budgets to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

35.06.01.04 Services Bureau

Funds are appropriated in the Department of
Transportation budget to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

35.06.01.05  State Aid for Police Protection Fund
General Fund Appropriation, provided that

funds appropriated for State Aid for Police
Protection, may be expended for that
purpose only and may not be transferred, by
budget amendment or otherwise, to any
other purpose. Funds unexpended at the
end of the fiscal year shall revert to the
general fund.

Further provided that any amounts reduced by
the General Assembly shall be allocated
among jurisdictions in proportion to the
distribution of funds, as provided under
Sections 64 through 69 of Article 88B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.......................
