Charter Amendment - County Attorney

A RESOLUTION for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the Charter of Anne
Arundel County to prohibit the County Attorney from practicing law privately
during his term of office.

Charter Amendment - Counsel for the Board of Appeals

A RESOLUTION for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the County Charter to
authorize the Board of Appeals to retain private legal counsel, consistent with the
Budget, to advise the Board in connection with any of its duties, responsibilities or
functions; including any matter pending before it.

Charter Amendment - Supplemental Budget Notice and Hearing

A RESOLUTION for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the Charter of Anne
Arundel County to require seven days' notice and a public hearing when the County
Executive proposes to amend the proposed Annual Budget and Appropriation
Ordinance to increase or add an item of appropriation; and permitting the County
Council to reject such increases without notice or waive the hearing on the vote of
five members.

Charter Amendment - Budget and Appropriation Reduction

A RESOLUTION for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the Charter that will
provide a process for reducing appropriations when the County Executive concludes
that revenues will be substantially less than the amount required to fund the Annual
Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the current fiscal year.
