Zoning - Nonconforming Uses - Adult Bookstores and Adult Motion Picture Theaters

FOR the purpose of establishing the date upon which nonconforming phaseout periods
commence; reducing the time for submission of an application for registration of
nonconforming uses; and reducing the phaseout period for nonconforming adult
bookstores and adult motion picture theaters.
