AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Floodplain Management - State and Federal Requirements

FOR the purpose of amending the County's floodplain management law to comply with
1989 federal regulatory changes and State requirements; defining certain terms;
clarifying the methodology used to establish floodplain boundaries; adding
development restrictions for manufactured buildings, manufactured building parks
and recreational vehicles; adding certain building code requirements for
manufactured buildings and structures in the coastal floodplain; realigning and
clarifying administrative duties concerning the review and issuance of permits and
waivers; and generally relating to floodplain management.
