The Revenue Reserve Fund

FOR the purpose of establishing a continuing, nonlapsing revenue reserve account known
as the Revenue Reserve Fund; authorizing the appropriation of funds for the Fund;
placing a cap on the amount of an appropriation for the Fund; providing for the
transfer of funds from the Fund under certain conditions with the approval of the
County Council by ordinance; and generally relating to the establishment, funding
and operation of the Revenue Reserve Fund.

FOR the purpose of establishing and altering certain fees for certain County licenses and
permits; altering fees and penalties for late payment for certain licenses and
permits; repealing certain exemptions from certain license fees; repealing certain
provisions for reduction or refund of certain license fees under certain
circumstances; altering terms and expiration dates for certain licenses; establishing
a cat fancier license and setting certain requirements and a fee for the license;
providing for reduced license fees for certain trade licenses under certain
circumstances; establishing an application fee for certain licenses and permits;
altering certain fees for certain County services; making provisions of this
Ordinance severable; and generally relating to County fees, licenses, and permits.
