AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning:

Pension Plans

FOR the purpose of establishing a retirement incentive period; providing an increase in
annual pensions for certain employees covered by the Employee's Retirement Plan,
the Fire Service Retirement Plan, the Police Service Retirement Plan, and the
Pension Plan for Detention Officers and Personnel; providing that such employees
may receive the pension increase in optional forms; providing that such employees
may be rehired under certain circumstances without reduction in pension benefits;
establishing a "sunset" provision for this Ordinance; and generally relating to
increases in annual pensions for certain employees.

Article 7, §§ 2-207.1, 4-206.1, and 5-206.1

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

Rezoning - Standards

FOR the purpose of providing that certain uses of property may not be construed to
constitute a mistake in the zoning map or a change in the character of a
neighborhood.
