AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Finance and Taxation - Supplement to Homeowners Property Tax Credit Program

FOR the purpose of providing a County supplement to the Homeowners Property Tax
Credit Program; establishing a formula to calculate the amount of the supplement;
limiting the amount of the supplement; providing that the supplement shall be
applied to all taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 1992; and generally
providing for administration of the supplement.
