Finance and Taxation - Hotel Tax

FOR the purpose of increasing the rate of the hotel tax; changing the definition of hotel
for the purposes of the tax; establishing a Conference and Visitors Fund; dedicating
part of the tax revenues to the Conference and Visitors Fund for the benefit of the
Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors Bureau for certain
public purposes; establishing an Economic Development Fund; dedicating part of
the revenue of the tax to the Economic Development Fund for the benefit of the
Office of Economic Development; and generally relating to the Hotel Tax.
