Personnel - Employee Layoffs Classified Employee Layoff Rights

FOR the purpose of establishing procedures in the event of employee layoffs caused by
workload reduction, reduced or eliminated appropriations, or by abolition of
positions in the budget; establishing the order of layoffs; providing certain rights to
and benefits upon reemployment; establishing an Employee Outplacement
Program, and generally relating to implementation of employee layoffs.
