RESOLUTION NO. 412

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the annexation to the
City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
Westerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the "Ogala Street - C
& D Annexation", being an area bounded on the Northeast by Ogala Street, bounded on
the northwest and southwest by other lands of C & D Partnership; bounded on the
southeast by the lands of Jacqueline L. Rapier and the lands of Arthur and Pauline
Brittingham. (1.578 acres of land, more or less)
