RESOLUTION NO. 401

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing certain changes to the
special conditions of annexation to the City of Salisbury of the area of land known as the
"North Salisbury — Wyatt Annexation" as set forth in Resolution No. 390 adopted as
amended by the City Council on June 24, 1991.

[Pursuant to Section SCI-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition).

Effective Date September 1, 1992]

RESOLUTION NO. 402

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the annexation to the
City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
Westerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the "Pemberton Drive
- Dennis Annexation", being an area bounded on the Northwest by Pemberton Drive;
bounded on the Northeast in part by other land of Suzanne Dennis, in part by Ogala
Street and in part by lots of Westover Heights subdivision; bounded on the Southwest by
Marine Road; bounded on the Southwest by the lands of Lillie May Whaley. (20.337 acres
of land, more or less)

RESOLUTION NO. 403

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the annexation to the
City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
Northerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the "U. S. Route 13
North - Illian Annexation", being an area located North of Naylor Mill Road and West of
U.S. Route 13. (14.311 acres of land, more or less)
