Resolution of the President and Commissioners

of Princess Anne, Maryland

Regarding the Annexation of Certain Real Property

PURSUANT to Article 23A, Section 19 of the Annotated Code of Maryland the President
and Commissioners of Princess Anne, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Maryland
hereby resolve to annex the following described parcels of land to the existing corporate
limits to the Town of Princess Anne. (1.134 acres of land, more or less)

[Pursuant to Section 203 of the Charter of the Town of Princess Anne, Somerset
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition).

Effective Date October 10, 1992]

CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF PRINCESS ANNE, MARYLAND UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 23A, SECTION 19, OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND, BY ANNEXING THERETO CERTAIN LANDS AND PROPERTY
CONTIGUOUS TO AND ADJOINING THE EXISTING WESTERN CORPORATE BOUNDARY
OF THE TOWN, WEST OF U.S. RT. 13, BEING THE LAND OF STATE HIGHWAY
ADMINISTRATION AND JOHN L. AND NORMA P. COLLIER AND GLADYS D. SEATON, IN
SOMERSET COUNTY, MARYLAND, AN AREA 1.626 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS MORE
FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION PREPARED BY CHRIS
B. CUSTIS P.L.S., AND AS SET FORTH IN THE RESOLUTION. (1.626 acres of land, more or
less).
