PERRYVILLE TO UNDERTAKE BY APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE ACTION AN URBAN
RENEWAL AND REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM; PROVIDE FOR THE PREPARATION AND
APPROVAL OF A PLAN FOR AN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT; PROVIDE FOR THE
DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY IN AN URBAN RENEWAL AREA; GRANT CERTAIN POWERS
OF EMINENT DOMAIN; AND ENCOURAGE CERTAIN PRIVATE ENTERPRISES.
