WESTERN MARYLAND CENTER

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
all appropriations provided for salaries and
wages in Western Maryland Center 32.09,03
are to be used only for the purposes herein
appropriated and may not be transferred by
budget amendment or otherwise, to any
other programs. Except that these funds
may be expended within budget code
32.09.03 for direct patient care hospital
services and supplies or emergencies and
may be transferred to direct care
community services in the Mental Hygiene
Administration         or         Developmental

Disabilities Administration. General funds
budgeted for this purpose which remain
unexpended at the end of the fiscal year
shall revert to the general fund.
