Federal Fund Appropriation............................

32.06.02.07 Targeted Local Health Services

Provided that this appropriation shall only be
used for distribution to the local jurisdiction
for specific programs approved by the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Preference shall be given to programs
related to maternity care, infant and child
care, family planning, cancer control and
AIDS education and research. Provided
further that the local jurisdictions must
provide matching funds on the same basis as
provided with respect to general local
health services. Provided further that this
appropriation may not be transferred by
budget amendment or otherwise to any
other subobject or program for any other
purpose.

Provided further that this appropriation may

not be reduced by more than 25 percent by

the Executive in exercise of its budget

reduction power under Section 7-213 of the

State Finance and Procurement Article.
