(A) IN §§ 7-239.1 THROUGH 7-239.4 OF THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS
HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
(B) (1) "CHEMICAL WARFARE MATERIAL" MEANS SOIL OR AN OBJECT,
CONTAMINATED BY OR CONTAINING A CHEMICAL WEAPON.
(C) "CHEMICAL WEAPON" MEANS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, WHETHER OR
NOT ATTACHED TO AN EXPLOSIVE CHARGE:
(I) ADAMSITE (PHENARSAZINE CHLORIDE);
(1) (II) GA (ETHYL-N, N-DIMETHYL PHOSPHORAMIDOCYANIDATE);
(2) (III) GB (ISOPROPYL METHYL PHOSPHONOFLOURIDATE
PHOSPHONOFLUORIDATE);
(IV) GD (PINACOLYL METHYLPHOSPHONOFLUORIDATE);
(3) (V) H, HD (BIS(2-CHLOROETHYL) SULFIDE);
(4) (VI) HT (60 PERCENT HD AND -40 PERCENT T
(BIS[2(2-CHLOROETHYL-THIO)ETHYL]ESTER));
(5) (VII) L (DICHLORO(2-CHLOROVINYL)ARSINE); OR
(VIII) T (2-2' DI (3-CHLOROETHYLTHIO) - DIETHYL ETHER); OR
(6) (IX) VX (O-ETHYL-S (2-DIISOPROPYLAMINOETHYL) METHYL
PHOSPHONOTHIOLATE); OR.
(7) ANY RELATED COMPOUND.
(2) "CHEMICAL WARFARE MATERIAL" INCLUDES ANY SUBSTANCE
THAT HAS CHEMICAL WARFARE MATERIAL AS AN ACTIVE OR PRINCIPAL
INGREDIENT OR INGREDIENTS, AND DEGRADATION, PRODUCTS OF CHEMICAL
WARFARE MATERIAL.
(D) (C) (1) "MONITORING DATA" MEANS DATA FROM ACTUAL STACK
EMISSIONS UNDER ALL OPERATING CONDITIONS AT A CONTROLLED HAZARDOUS
WASTE SUBSTANCE FACILITY, INCLUDING STARTUP AND SHUTDOWN OPERATIONS.
(2). "MONITORING DATA" DOES NOT INCLUDE TRIAL BURN DATA OR
DATA DERIVED FROM INCINERATION OF AGENT STIMULANTS SIMULANTS.
(E) "TREATMENT" INCLUDES:
(1) THE MANUAL OR MECHANICAL HANDLING OF A CHEMICAL
WARFARE MATERIAL OR A CHEMICAL WEAPON; AND
