(b) The easement must be in form and substance acceptable to the Trust
and the extent of the interest to be encumbered must be acceptable to the Trust.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning
Chemical Warfare Materials and Chemical Weapons - Disposal, Destruction, Treatment;
by Incineration and Storage
FOR the purpose of establishing a certain State policy regarding the disposal of certain
chemical warfare materials and chemical weapons; providing for a certain
construction of this Act; requiring an applicant for a permit to destroy, treat, or
store chemical warfare materials or chemical weapons to comply with certain notice
and public hearing requirements; prohibiting the issuance of a permit to destroy,
treat, or store a chemical warfare material or chemical weapon treat by incineration
certain chemical warfare materials unless the applicant proves certain factors; and
provides a certain plan, and pays a certain fee, the Department of the Environment
makes a certain finding, and certain local governing bodies approve the issuance of
the permit have an opportunity to provide comments and recommendations on the
permit application and the plan; establishing certain conditions of operation and
permit renewal; authorizing the Department to adopt certain regulations; defining
certain terms; and generally relating to requirements for the destruction, treatment;
or storage by incineration of certain chemical warfare materials and chemical
weapons.
