BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 16A - Maryland Emergency Management Agency 6D. (A) WHEN AN EMERGENCY HAS BEEN DECLARED IN ANOTHER STATE, THE (1) AUTHORIZE UTILIZATION IN THE STATE REQUESTING ASSISTANCE (2) SUSPEND THE PROVISIONS OF ANY STATUTE, OR ANY RULE- OR (B) AUTHORIZATION FOR UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES OF THIS STATE, OR (C) AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ISSUED UNDER THIS SECTION: (1) MAY CONTINUE FOR NO LONGER THAN 30 DAYS UNLESS RENEWED (2) SHALL INDICATE THE NATURE OF THE EMERGENCY IN THE OTHER (3) IF APPLICABLE, SHALL INDICATE THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAKE (4) SHALL BE DISSEMINATED PROMPTLY BY MEANS CALCULATED TO - 1393 -
