(b) (3) If a borrower violates [§ 13-317] § 2-617 of this
subtitle or the loan is in default, the Department immediately
may accelerate the maturity.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 6, Acts of 1988, which
transferred § 13-317 of the Financial Institutions
Article to be § 2-617 of Article 83B. Correction by
the Michie Company in the 1988 Interim Supplement to
the 1980 Replacement Volume of Volume 7 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland is validated by this Act.

(b) The Administration shall consider, in approving
applications for moneys from the Fund as provided in [§ 13-507] §
2-807 of this subtitle:

(1)  The degree of local government incentive and
support being provided to the proposed residential rental
facility supported by moneys from the Fund, including the
contribution of land, abatement of taxes or fees, direct or
indirect rental subsidies, and grants;

(2)  The extent to which low income elderly households
will be assisted by granting the application;

(3)  The number and percentage of low income elderly
households in the county or municipality; and

(4)  The quantity and condition of residential
property in the county or municipality.
