(ii) Must rent at least two-thirds of the
dwelling units in the building to families of limited income;

(iii) Must provide congregate or group housing
or temporary shelters to families of limited income; or

(iv) In the case of lead paint abatement loans,
must provide services for children, such as a licensed child day
care facility, in the portion of the building to be assisted by
the loan.

(f) (1) The Radon Gas and Asbestos Abatement Pilot Program
shall be funded in an amount not to exceed $100,000 (dollars] per
year, with moneys appropriated for the Lead Paint Abatement
Program as provided in § 2-313 of this subtitle.
