(v) "Person" has the meaning stated in [§ 6-302 of Article
41A] ARTICLE 83A, § 6-302(M) OF THE CODE for the purpose of
providing financial assistance for an energy conservation project
or a solar energy project.

[(cc)] (BB) "Taxable bonds" means any bonds, notes, or
other evidences of indebtedness issued by the Administration, the
income from which will be includable in the holder's gross income
under the Code as determined at the time of issue by the
Administration.

owner of a building:

(i) Must reside in the building and be a family
of limited income;
