other improvements, alterations, and changes made or to be made
on the subject land or lands to assure conformity with the intent
and purpose of this article and of the jurisdiction's zoning
ordinance. The powers provided in THIS subsection [(b) of this
section] shall be applicable only if the local legislative body
adopts an ordinance which shall include enforcement procedures
and requirements for adequate notice of public hearings and
conditions sought to be imposed.

4.05.

(g) In Worcester County, notwithstanding any other
provisions to this article or of the local laws of Worcester
County, any application for zoning classification or
reclassification must contain the following information:

(1) If the applicant is a corporation, the names and
residences of the officers, directors, and all stockholders
owning more than [20%] 20 PERCENT of the capital stock of the
corporation;

7.02.

Whenever the regulations made under the authority of this
article require a greater width or size of yards, courts, or
other open spaces, or require a lower height of building or less
number of stories, or require a greater percentage of lot to be
left unoccupied or impose other higher standards than are
required in any other statute or local ordinance or regulations,
the provisions of the regulations made under authority of this
article shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other
statute or local ordinance or regulation require a greater width
or size of yards, courts, or other open spaces, or require a
lower height of building or a less number of stories, or requires
a greater percentage of lot to be left unoccupied, or impose
other higher standards than are required by the regulations made
under authority of this article, the provisions of such statute
or local ordinance or regulation shall govern; provided, however,
that within the limits of the Maryland-Washington regional
district as said district is now or shall hereafter be defined by
