Article 65 - Militia
32.
(e) Officers, warrant officers and enlisted men of the
organized militia, who entered the military or naval service of
the United States in the Spanish-American, World War [I] I, or
subsequent [wars,] WARS or emergencies, shall be entitled to
credit for the time served in such [Federal] FEDERAL status as if
the service had been rendered in the organized militia.

Occurred: Ch. 207, Acts of 1966. Correction of the
capitalization error made by the Michie Company in the
1966 Cumulative Supplement to the 1964 Replacement
Volume of Volume 5 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
is validated by this Act.
Article 66B - Zoning and Planning
2.09,
(a) Any person or persons, or any taxpayer, or any officer,
department, board, bureau of the jurisdiction, jointly or
severally aggrieved by any decision of the board of appeals, or
by a zoning action by the local legislative body, may appeal the
same to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Such appeal shall
be taken according to the Maryland Rules as set forth in [Chapter
1100] CHAPTER 1100, Subtitle B. Nothing in this subsection shall
change the existing standards for review of any zoning action.

(b) The local legislative body of a county or municipal
corporation, upon the zoning or rezoning of any land or lands
pursuant to the provisions of this article, may impose such
additional restrictions, conditions, or limitations as may be
deemed appropriate to preserve, improve, or protect the general
character and design of the lands and improvements being zoned or
rezoned, or of the surrounding or adjacent lands and
improvements, and may, upon the zoning or rezoning of any land or
lands, retain or reserve the power and authority to approve or
disapprove the design of buildings, construction, landscaping, or
