Ch. 3

In subsection (d)(2) of this section, in conformity
with the advice of the Office of the Attorney General,
the former phrase "without graduation" is deleted as
erroneous because, under some circumstances, it would
be appropriate to count the time allowed under
subsection (d)(2) even if the applicant has been
graduated.

In subsection (e) of this section, the reference to a
position in a "college or university" is added for
clarity.

14-306. APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES.

(A) IN GENERAL.

AN APPLICANT FOR A LICENSE SHALL:

(1) SUBMIT TO THE BOARD:

(I) AN APPLICATION ON THE FORM THAT THE BOARD
PROVIDES; AND

REQUIRES; AND

(II) ANY RELEVANT DOCUMENT THAT THE BOARD

(2) PAY TO THE BOARD AN APPLICATION FEE SET BY THE
BOARD TO APPROXIMATE THE COST OF ADMINISTERING THE REQUIRED
EXAMINATIONS TO THE APPLICANT.

(B) CONTENTS OF APPLICATION FORM.

(1) THE APPLICATION FORM SHALL REQUIRE:

(I) A STATEMENT ABOUT THE EDUCATION OF THE

APPLICANT;

(II) A STATEMENT
EXPERIENCE OF THE APPLICANT;

ABOUT

THE

ENGINEERING

(III) A LIST OF AT LEAST 5 REFERENCES, WHICH,
UNLESS EXCUSED BY THE BOARD, SHALL INCLUDE AT LEAST 3
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS WHO HAVE PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE
APPLICANT'S ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE; AND

BOARD REQUIRES.

(IV) ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION THAT THE
