"Industrial Park District", Subsection 225-65,         titled

"Comprehensive development plan" and Subsection 225-70,   titled
"Special requirements."

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Zoning
Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, upon the favorable
recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning and Zoning
Commission to change the method of approval for Industrial Parks
by requiring that all Park plans be approved by the Planning
Commission and not by a Technical Committee, Planning Commission
and County Council as is now required; and to provide for
approval of individual site plans after the overall Park plan has
been approved.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "SUBDIVISION OF LAND" by amending and reenacting
Subsection 200-8-E, titled "Final plat", of Article II, titled
"Procedure."

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid
Subdivision Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, in order to
provide a notice to the public of the location of property in
relationship to the 100 Year Floodplain, the Chesapeake Bay
Critical Area and any airport in the County.

titled "NUISANCES, PUBLIC HEALTH" by changing the title of said
Section to "NUISANCES, PUBLIC HEALTH AND GENERAL", by repealing
and reenacting with amendments Subsection 174-4, titled
"Violations and penalties", by adding a new Subsection 174.1,
titled "Nuisances, general" and by adding Subsections 174.1-1,
titled "Authority"; Subsection 174.1-2, titled "General nuisances
enumerated"; by adding Subsection 174.1-3, titled "Investigation
of complaints"; by adding Subsection 174.1-4 titled "Violation
notice provisions"; by adding Subsection 174.1-5, titled
"Assessment of lien"; by adding Subsection 174.1-6, titled
"Inspection of property"; by adding Subsection 174.1-7, titled
"Appeal"; and by adding Subsection 174.1-8, titled "Violations
and penalties":
