COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Zoning" by amending and reenacting Article XXII, titled
"Administration and Enforcement", Subsection 225-108, titled
"Amendments", by adding Subsection 225-108 E, titled "Conditional
zoning or rezoning."

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Zoning
Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, upon the favorable
recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning and Zoning
Commission to provide the Council with the specific authority to
conditionally zone or rezone property.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Zoning" by amending and reenacting Article XVII, titled
"Off-Street Parking and Loading", Subsection 225-82, titled
"General off-street parking requirements."

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Zoning
Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, upon the favorable
recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning and zoning
Commission to revise and clarify existing off-street parking
requirements.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code
titled "Zoning" by amending and reenacting Article I, titled
"General Provisions", Subsection 225-1, titled "Legislative
authority."

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Zoning
Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, upon the favorable
recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning and Zoning
Commission to establish the specific legislative authority
governing the establishment of zoning regulations in Wicomico
County.
