COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

Minimizing Adverse Impacts of Nonresidential Uses in
Residential Areas by (1) Restricting the Scale of
Charitable (Eleemosynary) or Philanthropic
Institutions in Most One-Family, Detached Residential
Zones unless previously Approved for Expansion, and
(2) Eliminating Charitable or Philanthropic
Institutions from Other Residential Zones.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-C-9.3                    "Land Uses"

Section 59-E-3.7 "Schedule of Requirements"
