allowing lots in the RE-2C Zone to front on a private
cul-de-sac.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-l "Residential Zones, One Family"

Section 59-C-l.5 "Cluster Development"

Section 59-C-l.527 "Lots fronting on private cul-de-sacs

in RE-C2 Zone"
