AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

Renaming amenity space to clarify the distinction
between amenity facilities generally and the minimum
requirement for space devoted to public usage.

Allowing public open space and density to be
transferred to more than one lot under common
ownership to permit preservation of historic buildings
and/or to produce superior overall design.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
