Excluding cellars from the calculation of floor area
of buildings in the C-4 Zone when the cellar is used
solely for storage purposes.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-4                      "Commercial Zone"

Section 59-C-4.37 "C-4 Zone - Purpose and

Development Standards"

Subsection 59-C-4.373 "Floor Area"

Clarifying the Relationship of Special Exceptions
Granted by the Board of Appeals to Subdivision and
Site Plans Approved by the Planning Board.

The following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code, are amended:
