AN ACT to:

(1)  require initial sellers of certain residential property
to make available copies or certain master plans and
municipal land use plans and adopted amendments to
these plans;

(2)  require buyers of [[residential]] property to indicate
in the contract of sale or a separate document that
they have either reviewed or waived the right to review
certain master plans and municipal land use plans and
adopted amendments to these plans;

(3)  make technical and stylistic changes in existing law;
and

(4)  generally amend the disclosure requirements for sales
of real property.

right to a pre-settlement inspection;

(3)  provide for the clear disclosure of settlement and
other contract performance dates in new home sales
contracts;
