By amending Montgomery County Code Chapter 52, Taxation Section 52-15 Effective Date January 23, 1989 Bill No. 39-88 Chapter 16 Laws of Montgomery County, 1989 AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal the requirement that radio, television and electrical appliance installation and repair shops must post a bond before doing [[in]] business in Montgomery County. By amending Montgomery County Code Chapter 38A, Radio, Television and Electrical Appliance Installation and Repairs Sections 38A-4 and 38A-7 Effective Date October 7, 1988 Bill No. 41-88 Chapter 23 Laws of Montgomery County, 1989 An ACT to prohibit the enforcement of any deed restriction, covenant, rule or regulation that requires the use of any roof material that is not fire resistant. By adding Montgomery County Code Chapter 22, Fire Safety Code Section 22-98 Effective Date March 9, 1989 - 5690 -
