MONTGOMERY COUNTY

AN ACT to:

(1)  revise development impact fees;

(2)  define certain terms;

(3)  make technical corrections;

(4)  add park-and-ride lots to the Impact Fee Area
Transportation program;

(5)  provide for review of impact fees after amendment of a
Master Plan;

(6)  clarify when the Council must conduct the biennial
review of impact fees;

(7)  clarify that the Department of Transportation
calculates an impact fee credit; and

(8)  generally amend the Impact Fee Area Transportation
Program.

(3)  increase the interest and penalty for late payment;

(4)  delete an obsolete provision;
