AN ACT to:

(1)  create a Child Day Care Facilities Loan Program in the
Department of Family Resources,

(2)  create a revolving fund in the Department of Finance to
administer child day care facility loans, and

(3)  generally provide for loans to operators of child day
care centers and [[providers]] homes in order to
increase the availability of licensed child day care at
reasonable cost.
