(7)  make technical and stylistic changes in the law

(8)  generally amend the law governing moderately priced
dwelling units.

AN ACT to:

(1)  make certain legislative findings concerning the County
minority business procurement program;

(2)  raise a certain program goal;

(3)  broaden the types of procurements subject to program
goals and define a certain term;

(4)  clarify that a minority preference may apply to
procurements for professional services and requests for
expressions of interest;

(5)  authorize certain subcontractor requirements applicable
to non-minority businesses and provide for additional
monitoring requirements;

(6)  authorize administrative decertification procedures;

(7)  provide for a report evaluating the minority business
procurement program prior to a certain date;

(8)  alter certain procurement requirements applicable to
the Montgomery County Revenue Authority and require the
establishment of a minority business procurement system
that is consistent with the County program;

(9)  establish a task force for a certain duration;

(10)  extend the duration of the County minority business
