user's business;

(4)  provide grounds for suspending or revoking an alarm
business license or refusing to grant or renew a
license;

(5)  require a report to the Council;

(6)  make technical and stylistic changes; and

AN ACT to:

(1)  extend the controls on resales of moderately priced
dwelling units;

(2)  revise the requirements for building moderately priced
dwelling units in certain circumstances;

(3)  allow increases in prices for certain moderately priced
dwelling units to improve certain design features;

(4)  clarify the requirements for building moderately priced
dwelling units in certain zones and after a special
exception is granted;

(5)  allow housing developers to meet the requirements of
buildings moderately priced dwelling units through
certain alternatives;

(6)  allow the Director of Housing and Community Development
to impose certain restrictions on the builders of
moderately priced dwelling units;
