AN ACT to:

(1)  establish a program for the county to purchase
agricultural easements;

(2)  permit the county to use its share of the agricultural
transfer tax and other funds to purchase agricultural
easements in the county and pay for the administration
of the program;

(3)  permit the county council to create county agricultural
districts; and

(4)  generally amend the provisions relating to agricultural
land preservation.
