COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(11) provide for certain administrative and judicial appeals
[[to a board of review and the circuit court]];

(12) repeal regulatory provisions pertaining to limousines;

(13) alter grounds for revocation or suspension of a
passenger vehicle license or an operator's
identification card; [[and]]

(14) prohibit certain agreements and provide certain
penalties for violation;

(15) provide for a certain study; and

(16) generally regulate taxicabs operating in the County.
