Bill No. 52

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (dU) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Russell and
Doris Rausch.

Effective Date December 5, 1988.

Bill No. 53

AN ACT adding subsection (dW) to Section 18.124 "Additions
to the Metropolitan District" of the Howard Code in order to
include in the Metropolitan District property belonging to Carman
Associates (Ronald Carter).

Effective Date December 5, 1988.

Bill No. 56

AN ACT amending Section 1.302 "Appointment, classification
and grades of executive exempt positions to include Cable
Administrator.

Effective Date December 5, 1988.

Bill No. 57

AN ACT to add Sec. 20.112 "Tax Credits for Agricultural
Land" to Subtitle 1. "Assessment, Levy and Tax Bills" of Title 20
"Taxation and Public Credit" of the Howard County Code to provide
that an owner of agricultural land to which an easement has been
transferred to the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation
Foundation may receive an annual property tax credit.

Effective Date January 9, 1989.
