AN ACT amending Section 20.111 "Tax Credits for Child Day
care services" of Subtitle 1. "Assessment, Levy and Tax Bills" of
title 20 "Taxation and Public Credit" of the Howard County Code
in order to include tax credits for providers of adult day care
services and employer day care services under certain
circumstances.

Effective Date December 5, 1988.

AN ACT amending certain Sections of Subtitle 1 "Subdivision
and Land Development Regulations" of Title 16 "Planning, Zoning
and Subdivision and Land Development Regulations" of the Howard
County Code to provide for protection for burial grounds and
graveyards.
