AN ACT amending Subtitle 6 "Historic District Commission" of
Title 16 "Planning, Zoning, Subdivision, etc." of the Howard
County Code to remove duplicative language in Section 16.601(f).

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (dS) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Earl and
Betty Leech.

AN ACT amending various sections of Subtitle 1 "Personnel"
of Title 1 "Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to
indicate certain special exceptions from the Personnel Code for
employees covered by various collective bargaining agreements.

Effective Date October 3, 1988.

AN ACT amending the "F" salary schedule of Section 1.300
"Salaries and Fringe Benefits" of the Howard County Code to
correct the hourly salaries for certain grades.
