COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Howard County Code in order to update the classification and pay
grade system for county employees by deleting, adding and
revising various classifications and pay grades.

Effective Date August 22, 1988.

Bill No. 25

AN ACT amending Section 1.302 "Appointment, classification
and grades of executive exempt positions" and Section 1.304
"Appointment, classification and grades of state-authorized
exempt positions" of the Howard County Code in order to update
certain positions.

Effective Date August 8, 1988.

Bill No. 26

AN ACT amending Section 22.600 "Fee schedule and collection"
of the Howard County Code to establish fees for re-funding of
industrial development revenue bonds, MIDFA bonds and MIDFA
loans.

Effective Date August 8, 1988.

Bill No. 28

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (dR) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Edward J.
and Lucretia Motsco.

Effective Date August 8, 1988.

Bill No. 29

AN ACT to repeal Subtitle 4 "Howard County Cable Television
Systems Franchise Act" of Title 14 "Licenses, Permits and
Inspections" of the Howard County Code and to enact new Subtitle
4 "Howard County Cable Systems Franchise Act" of Title 14
"Licenses, Permits and Inspections" of the Howard County Code.

Effective Date September 6, 1988.
