COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Exceptions and Modifications to Height Requirements, all of
Article V, Supplementary Regulations, of Part 1, Standards, of
Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
repeal and reenact, with amendments, Part 2 of Table VI: Design
Requirements for Specific Uses R3 Urban Residential District, and
Part 2 of Table VII: Design Requirements for Specific Uses R4
Urban Residential District, all of Article XXII, General
Provisions, of Part 7, Capital Improvement Program Map, of
Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
increase the maximum height for garden apartment buildings in R3
and R4 Zoning districts; to add an exception to building height
limitations; to define certain terms; and generally relating to
building height.

Effective Date January 6, 1989.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection D
to Section 123-42, heading, Business Tax Credits, of Article II,
heading, Real Property Tax Credits, of Chapter 123, heading,
Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide for an exemption of County property taxes for land and
improvements owned by Worcester Manufacturing DIVISION OF
FELLOWES MANUFACTURING Company, located in the First Election
District of Harford County on Lot Number 45, 1350 Brass Mill
Road, Belcamp, Maryland, and known as Project Number 8660 as
shown on the attached site plan for Riverside Business Park,
attached hereto as Exhibit A, and comprising approximately eight
(8) acres, more or less; and to further provide for certain
conditions relating to the exemption.

Effective Date December 13, 1988.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection
A(l) and to repeal Subsection A(2), heading, Adoption; Legal
Status, of Chapter 169, heading, Master Plan, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to provide for repeal and re-enactment
of Subsection F, heading, Transportation Element of the Master
Plan; and to further provide that a copy of said transportation
element, along with all appendices, is attached to this Act and
made a part hereof as though it were fully stated herein.

Effective Date February 6, 1989.
