HARFORD COUNTY

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
267-4, Definitions, of Part 1, Standards, of Article I, General,
of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended;
to provide for new definitions for Road, Arterial; Road,
Collector; and Road, Local in the Harford County Zoning Code; to
provide that the Harford County Zoning Code be consistent with
the Transportation Element of the Master Plan and the Harford
County Road Code.

Effective Date February 6, 1989.
