resolution, administrative rules governing claims for
compensation for livestock damaged by dogs; to alter the
procedure by which the County Council makes awards for such
claims; and generally relating to claims for compensation for
livestock damaged by dogs.

AN ACT to add new Article V, Residential Parking Permits, to
Chapter 244, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to establish a residential parking permit program,
including, fees, including qualifications, restrictions, and
other provisions, for residents of county streets where parking
is prohibited during certain hours due to the streets' proximity
to schools; and generally relating to residential parking
permits.
Effective Date December 27, 1988.

D., Accessory Uses and Structures, of Article V, Supplementary
Regulations, and to repeal and reenact, with amendments,
Subsection C. (4) of Section 267-53, Specific Standards, of
Article VII, Special Exceptions, all of Part 1, Standards, of
Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
make certain types of day care centers a permitted accessory use
in agricultural and residential zoning districts; and to exempt
these types of day care centers from certain zoning requirements.
Effective Date October 12, 1988.
