AN ORDINANCE concerning

General Development Plan - Master Plan for Water Supply
and Sewerage Systems.

FOR the purpose of providing that the General Development
Plan include certain revisions to the Anne Arundel County Master
Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems; and adopting certain
revisions to the Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage
Systems.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 24

Section 1-102(3) (as amended by Bills Nos. 47-85, 77-85,

29-86, 61-86, and 66-87)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

AN ORDINANCE concerning

Waste Collection and Solid Waste Disposal

FOR the purpose of adopting rates for waste collection per
unit and for solid waste disposal at County landfills for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 1988 and ending June 30, 1989; and
altering certain provisions pertaining to rates at County
landfills.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 14

Section 4-112(a), (b), and (e)

Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

Effective Date July 1, 1988.
