ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

Property Tax

FOR the purpose of levying and imposing a property tax for
the use of Anne Arundel County for the taxable year beginning
July 1, 1988, and ending June 30, 1989, and to fix the rate of
the County property tax for the taxable year.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF ANNE
ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That a County property tax for the
taxable year beginning July 1, 1988, and ending June 30, 1989 is
hereby levied and imposed on all assessments, persons or property
subject to ordinary taxation in said County, and that the rate of
taxation for such taxable year is hereby fixed at $2.51 on each
$100 of assessed valuation of such property, exclusive of said
property located within the corporate limits of the City of
Annapolis.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
shall take effect on July 1, 1988.
